          I am a storyteller for environmental and social change. Through film, photography and writing, I educate and inspire people to take action to support these movements.

          My Japanese heritage is a part of who I am and plays a big role in my work. I strongly believe that the planet cannot be saved without social justice. While I fight for the health of our planet, I also fight for equal opportunities and equity for all people.

          I am very passionate about protecting our planet and its inhabitants. Future generations should be able to see and experience what I have been able to. My awe and respect for the natural world is shown through my work and encourages others to protect what we cannot live without.
